Our warehouses are located in  Europe and Algeria. We will prioritize delivery of your package from the warehouse closest to you.

After successful payment, all orders are shipped within 24 hours, and the delivery time is 2-10 days. (Except for out of stock orders and remote receiving areas)

The tracking information will be updated on the “orde tracking” page at the same time as the parcel is sent.

Conditions applicable to free returns:

If the product can be returned free of charge, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of the product for a return label/return address. Please contact us again for refund after signing for the package returned to our warehouse.
