How do I return and get a refund/replacement?

Step 1: Please contact our NoxsPro Customer Service ( contact us ) and provide the reason and necessary photos or videos to verify the problem with your order.

Step 2: Our customer service team investigates and offers a solution based on our policy.

Step 3: Both parties come to an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provides the return information (please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package).

Step 4: Return the product (if necessary). Once our warehouse receives the returned product, our customer service team will process a refund/replacement. You will receive a refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time frame depends on your card-issuing bank.

1.Reasons Supporting Free Return

DOA (Defective on Arrival) You can refuse the item directly if it is confirmed damaged.
Wrong item sent Please provide us with clear photos of the item, SKU/PN number and any shipping labels present on the package.
Does not match the description Please provide us with photos to show the problem.
Quality issues Please provide photos or videos to us to verify the problem.

2.Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Note: For the above return situations, the return and restocking costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
